The system refreshes the Airbnb or Booking.com iCal feed once before showing an availability error.

Privacy and guest data

The details requested on this page are collected to meet accommodation registration obligations and to manage your stay at the apartment.

The information is used only by the accommodation host and the technical services needed to operate this check-in flow. It is not used for marketing.

Registration records and imported reservation data are stored securely in AWS and retained only for the period required by law or operational necessity.

Step 1

Find your reservation

Enter the booking channel, stay dates, and the last name used for the reservation.

Booking channel Choose the channel where the reservation was made. Check-in date Use the arrival date from the reservation confirmation. Check-out date Use the departure date from the reservation confirmation. Last name on the booking Enter the surname exactly as shown in the booking. If the iCal feed does not include a usable name, the stay dates are used instead.

Step 2

Submit guest details

Please complete the information below for the lead guest. Use the details exactly as they appear on the travel document.

First name Given name of the lead guest. Last name Family name of the lead guest. Nationality State the nationality shown on the travel document. Date of birth Use the format shown in your passport or ID. Home address Permanent residential address, not the apartment address. Email Used only for reservation-related communication if needed. Phone number Include the country code when available. Passport or ID number Enter the document number for the lead guest. Number of guests Total number of guests staying under this reservation. Additional notes Optional. Share only information relevant to the stay.
